Our client was driving through a four-way intersection on a green light at Camino El Norte & Washburn Ave, when another driver, distracted by their phone, attempted an improper U-turn and crashed into the front driver’s side of our client’s vehicle at approximately 50 mph. The impact caused significant injuries, requiring emergency transport to the Hospital.
