Valeska K. Alvarado

Valeska K. Alvarado is an attorney licensed in Nevada and Florida. Before joining Cameron Law, she built a diverse legal career in both criminal prosecution and civil litigation, gaining extensive courtroom experience and handling matters through all stages of litigation.

Valeska earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During law school, she was a member of the NSU Trial Association, served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association, and served as President of the Christian Legal Society Fellowship.

Following law school, Valeska began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where she handled a wide range of criminal matters. During her time with the State Attorney's Office, she worked within the Public Corruption Unit and assisted in the prosecution of high-profile cases involving complex investigations.

Valeska later returned to Las Vegas and transitioned into civil litigation and insurance defense, representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in matters involving catastrophic injury, premises liability, construction defect, and general liability claims. Her defense background provides valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and negotiate claims.

Today, Valeska focuses her practice on representing individuals who have been injured through the negligence of others. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to helping clients navigate the legal process with clear communication, practical guidance, and personalized attention.
